This restaurant is in the hotel we stayed at in Lima. Toshiro is Nobu's first partner. When Nobu left Peru for the US, Toshiro opted to stay. We were glad he did. Menu is similar to Nobu style but not as extensive. Very chicly designed restaurant with delicious fusion food. Excellent Dinner.
Special rolls, delicious shrimp fried rice, sashimi, eggplant with pork, tempuras
