After spending a year as Matt’s working partner, Dan Bugge has taken over as owner. Dan brought with him Executive Chef Chester Gerl, his friend of over 10 years. Dan, Chet, and the staff have made major upgrades throughout the restaurant, seamlessly expanding seating capacity to 59, while adding a sparkling bar that is astonishingly well-stocked for its size.
