Signature dish, grilled grouper ceviche with yellow chili sauce served in corn husks. Sole ceviche with yellow chili sauce. Divine! Beef filet with steak fries. Arroz con Pato, duck with rice. Goat with rice, delicious. Also lamb with rice.
