Overview:

I love this place! This place is from the makers of Sushi Wabi and they have not skipped a beat! Fresh delicious rolls in a cool casual laid back environment. The Robata grill items were also tasty especially the bacon wrapped asparagus and shrimp. This is BYOB so grab a bottle before you head over.

Special Dishes:

All the rolss, fish is relaly fresh and the grilled shrimp and bacon wrapped asparagus.

Overview:

This place seems to go under the radar of the regular top burger places in Chicago but it can do more then hold its own. Good unique burgers, laid back atmosphere with great service is the perfect combination.

Slow burn burger, lamb sandwich and truffle fries.

Opening night and Chef Fabio was on hand! Very attentive staff taking individual roles very seriously. Bar drinks: Quite excellent. Wine: Very good bottle at our moderate price point. Food: Highlights were crudo (we ordered hamachi) and pizza (Burnt Pepperoni... Y.U.M.) Overall: Great atmosphere and stands up to other high end casual Italian.

Pizza's, crudo bar and the pasta dishes.

Overview:

The people from Sushi Wabi have opend this spot right across the street from the old Sushi Wabi and thank God they did! They have a similar menu of fresh delicious sushi. The place itself is sleek and lined with windows.

TIP: Be careful if you sit at the sushi bar because half of the bar is actually the tempora frying station which becomes hot and not much to look at. The place is new and still working out some kinks in service.

This little place is amazing! I am so glad I found this place as we are heading in to the winter months, nothing better then a hot pot pie to warm you up!
