I'm finishing my doctoral degree in Biomedical Sciences and fell in love with the scientific aspects of food. Surprisingly, I'm not all about molecular gastronomy, but rather how creating new dishes in the kitchen is much like working in the lab. I love exploring the food of the up and coming chefs because of their creativity and willingness to take risks.
