Utilizing seasonal ingredients, Myers is creating new dishes with bright and bold flavors. He is growing the menus to offer more grass fed mainstays. L'étage, LM Restaurant Group's cocktail and wine bar located on the second floor of Brasserie 54 at 5420 North Clark Street in Andersonville, unveils their beverage menu. Created by Bar Director, Nicholas Smith, the menu features a cocktail list, 20 glass pours of wine, champagne, an array of bottles, and a full bar.
All cocktails are $10 and the menu features those using Vodka, Whiskey, Bourbon and Rye, Tequila, Gin, Rum and more. Smith's favorites, which are as witty as he is, include the Femme Fatale...she's pretty, and deadly, the Nevermore...quoath the raven, the French 54...a French 75, only better, and Stormy Gale...she's a saucy burlesque dancer in New Orleans. The bar also prepares its own sodas including house made ginger ale and lemongrass soda, which are used in the drinks as well as available on their own for $5.
Current wines on the list include domestic and French selections. Guests can choose three different selections and create a flight for $11.
